Joined A Rocha Kenya team as a Data Analyst in September 2023.Studied environmental science (BSc) in Durham University, United Kingdom.  Maria is outgoing and  fun loving. She loves nature and this has built her great love and  appreciation for environmental conservation.

During her free time, you would spot her with  the marine team  for the Shark surveys. Her hobbies are cooking and artistic crafting.
