Communications Manager

I serve as the Communications Officer at A Rocha Kenya, where I have the joy and privilege of telling the stories that bring our conservation work to life. Though I trained as a Chemist at first, my heart has always been drawn to words — to writing, storytelling, and the deeper connections they can spark.

What began as a brief internship in the communications department became a turning point. Immersed in the work of A Rocha Kenya and the impact of clear, thoughtful communication, I discovered not just a new direction but a true calling. Since stepping into this role, I’ve seen just how powerfully communications can shape attitudes, inspire care for creation, and connect people to the beauty and urgency of conservation.

I’m now a certified communications professional, with hands-on experience in environmental storytelling, digital content, and organisational communication. Each day, I get to use these tools to support a cause I believe in, caring for God’s creation. If sharing what A Rocha Kenya is doing helps even one person take a step toward creation care, then this is exactly where I’m meant to be.
