I’m Albert Baya – Community Conservation Officer at A Rocha Kenya with a diploma in social work and Community Development.

I’m dedicated to empowering local communities in conservation, bridging them with nature,letting them know who we are ,why we conserve the Nature and  why we own land  in Dakatcha.  I’m a professional birdwatching guide in the ARK team, reaching far  and wide, serving different biodiversity projects in Kenya.

I’m proud and excited  to see the  A Rocha Dakatcha Nature Reserve  expanding.This  gives me hope and encourages me to apply more effort  with lots of enthusiasm for a better future.
